Erasmus+ SIM unveiled at University Open Day in France
In France, Open Days constitute a tradition focused on delivering a practical overview of the programs available within a university. On the dedicated day for the Master's programs in Economics at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Erasmus+ SIM program was presented to the attending students.
Furthermore, a range of concurrent activities throughout the day prompted students to explore international experience opportunities, including those provided by Erasmus+ SIM. At the Panthéon Center, posters were strategically distributed to enhance awareness of the project.
Commenting on the event, Felipe Pimenta, Manager of the M2 Economics of Planning and Local Development at the Sorbonne School of Economics said,
“The Open Day was the ideal occasion to make students aware of the Social Impact Manager initiative and introduce its aims. Their reactions were positive and they showed interest in knowing more about how they can learn more about the opportunities that will be available to them to participate as their educational journey unfolds at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. We are looking forward to inviting students to join the SIM educational programme to build their capacities to work with companies in generating social impact and community engagement.”
